#124 SEP x Watsons Official Media Launch

Yesterday was the official launch of SEP Jeju Mask Pack and it was truly a privilege to be invited as I get to know more about their products and the company itself. The launch was held @ Glasshouse at Seputeh, which was truly a beautiful place to have your functions at. It'd be nice to have a garden birthday/wedding party thou :3 Anyhoo, was warmly greeted by the usherers and received a goodie bag upon arrival.

And so...

#sherrootd: blouse from Tapas, skinny jeans from H&M, pearl choker from RedEye, heels from TCD, arm-candy from Pandora and Fossil.

Guests and medias were inculcated by both Mr.Yong and Ms.Seo on the products which are originated from the ever so well-known island of beauty, Jeju Island, Korea. Each mask pack contains concentrated clean and natural key ingredients which helps to maximize absorption of the essence and nutrient by the skin. It was a short but informative introduction done by the both.

Shortly, De Fam got on stage and performed two songs: Don't let me down and Supergirls, and I gotta say they sang so beautifully that I wish they had performed one more song. I'd totally request for Chainsmoker's Closer LOL.

SEP is a Korean beauty organization which offers a wide range of beauty products and it specifically offers 4 different types of masks that caters to dissimilar types of skin with different ingredients and purpose (which I love! 'cause I've sensitive skin). Their masks are of:

1. SEP Tangerine Brightening Mask

This range of masks brightens dry and dull looking skin with Jeju Tangerine and Cucumber ingredients which contains a rich amount of vitamin C that enhances the brightening process and to diminish existing pigmentation. It contains all-natural ingredients such as devil's claw herb, daisy, edelweiss and niacinamide.

2. SEP Cactus Fruit Moisturizing Mask

This range of mask helps to moisturize, revitalize and hydrate face complexions with its high content of vitamin C. It also contains other natural ingredients such as aloe vera, bamboo, hyaluronic acid, basil and oat seed. This mask is suitable for sensitive skin as it comes with Salvia extract which is anti-inflammatory and has sterilization effect to help revive and heals the skin.

3. SEP Green Tea Soothing Mask

This range of mask is exceedingly soothing as it is loaded with high concentration of green tea extract that helps refresh, moisturize and comforts irritated skin. It contains nourishing natural ingredients such as tea tree, centella asiatica, propolis, yam essence and lavender. Resulting in very nourishing and more radiant-looking complexion.

4. SEP Canola Honey Nourishing Mask

Last but not least, this range of mask is formulated with concentrated honey extract from Jeju Canola Honey that has a high content in protein, fatty acid, vitamins and minerals that deeply nourishes and intensely hydrates the skin. The natural ingredients used for this mask are as such: centella asiatica, rose water, aloe vera chamomile and lavender. These nourishing ingredients help to revive dull and dehydrated skin, as well as it offers a lovely scent that provides soothing effect suitable for relieving anxiety.

Towards the end of the event, we were ushered to another area to proceed with the last activity. Though i'm never really a fan of nature, but I enjoy getting my hands down to do something. For instance, I'd prefer doing experiments in the chemistry lab than to read it from a book. Do you get what I mean? Anyway, that don't matter. So the last activity was to make our very own Terrarium! ^^ *haaaapppppyyy*

I really enjoyed doing this. This is probably one of the highlight for this event, or at least for me :3

Raine's terrarium on the left and mine on the right. Preeeetty rightttt?

And lastly, we were served with buffet lunch.

And aren't you curious with what is in the goodie bag?

Boy was I surprised with how generous SEP is with the goodie bag. There are SEP's 4 boxes of masks, a pendrive and 3 SEP lipsticks. SEP Masks are now available in all Watsons' outlets in Malaysia. I can't wait to get my hands on these masks already. So what 'bout you? Hurry and get them at your nearest Watsons store!!

xx.

Ootd: Cropped tank + Floral skirt from Factorie, denim jacket from Brands Outlet.

Well, I came across this post seated in the draft section and realizing that this is one longggg overdue post, makes me feel rather shitty. Hahaha.

Us girls planned to go on a food-hunt spontaneously and since we brought our Korean friend along, we all thought why not bring her to Mont Kiara which is known to be a Korean-town in Malaysia. And we went to Damansara Uptown for some desserts after that and I clearly remembered t'was raining cats and dogs. I had a lot of fun back then. Kinda miss hanging out with this bunch already.

So anyhoo, instead of a word-lengthy post, I'm gonna keep it real short and let the pictures do its talking. So, scrooooooll awaaaay!

#117 High Tea @ 1837 TWG Tea Salon & Boutique

1837 TWG Tea Salon

It was Mother's Day just last Sunday, and I brought my mom out to dinner with my siblings and I'm really glad that she was really delighted that day. My mom is always easily pleased with the tiniest things we do. So how did the rest of you spend your Mother's Day? I hope everyone had a good time even if it means simple, like just by saying I love you and hugging your mom or face-time her if you're abroad.

So anyway, I thought of pampering my mom to an afternoon tea sesh next weekend (which is on her birthday) and me being me, I started googling to see which place gets one of the best ratings and reviews. So as I was surfing the net, I recalled that I only went for a high tea sesh only twice or thrice(!?) Once at One Six Five, Delicious and then this, 1837 TWG Tea Salon.

I really wanted to go to the one in Pavilion 'cause I've always preferred white lighting compared to yellow lighting. But it was a very impromptu date with my girlfriend and without any further deliberation,we simply settled down in Sunway Pyramid's TWG for a good afternoon tea sesh.

Was pretty amazed with the 18k gold-platted pot 'cause it's soooooooo purdy :3

I have a confession to make. I don't think this set is available on regular days 'cause this was their Christmas high-tea set and if I remembered correctly, it was only about RM59.90++ per set. It was reaaaaally worth it.

I guess you could roughly guess what I had thaaaaaaaaat day. I personally love their mini bagels and scones. Not forgetting the scones' tea jelly and cream. Twg Tea's tea jelly is good, I swear. I can eat it even on its own.

Ootd: One piece (also can be worn as a cardi/jacket) from HnM.

Back to what I said earlier, that I wanted to bring my mom for an afternoon tea session next weekend.. Mind to give some suggestions on where should I bring my mom to? Besides Majestic because I know that's one of the best place to go (the view, the price, taste wise, hospitality, etc). Just wanted to have some options so I can let my mom make her pick. Drop a comment below if you've the time to!

'Till then.
